This cheerful Jingle elf features a bright smile and rosey cheeks, and a festive red and green stocking cap accented with a real metal bell. Each elf can be customized to have brown, blonde, black or red hair. Clutched in his hands is a wooden rocking horse that Jingle has just finished crafting in Santa’s workshop. The rocking horse has a ribbon attachment for its reins.
